When they started Loft Living in 2014 George and Dan wanted to do things differently – and of course far better – than other loft conversion companies working in the West Country. Recognising that loft conversion requires significant building work and is a major undertaking for both contractor and client, they wanted to deliver fully managed five-star conversions with the minimum of stress for all concerned.
With the rest of the staff heartily endorsing this approach we’ve proved that we can reliably convert lofts into beautiful habitable spaces without the client having to do anything other than choose fittings, fixtures and finishes. It’s never been easier to live it up!
Carefully Managed Conversion Projects
Here’s a brief bio to introduce you to those at the helm of Loft Living:
George has more than 20 years’ experience in the building industry. Coming from an engineering background he has a keen eye for detail. He particularly enjoys overcoming the nuanced challenges that can arise when building within the constraints that often present themselves with loft conversions.
Dan spent much of his formative career within a healthcare setting, helping to manage nationwide teams to deliver projects into a wider NHS setting. This experience translates well to his role at Loft Living, where he enjoys helping clients to realise the potential of their homes, from initial home visits through to project completion.
Both George and Dan are lovers of the countryside, having grown up in and around the Bath and Bristol area. This remains their home base, although Loft Living offers its services in and around both cities and across most of Wiltshire and Somerset.
They’ve assembled a team of skilled experts to work on our carefully managed loft conversion projects, earning Loft Living a reputation for excellence on all fronts, from workmanship to customer service.
Looking to the Future
At Loft Living we all enjoy finishing a project and handing it over to a happy client. The only thing more satisfying is moving on to the next conversion – and the more challenging it is the more we enjoy working through it to create a sensational space.
